National Patent Analytical Systems, Inc. reveals its confidential computer source code in ongoing criminal proceedings, when absolutely necessary to gain a conviction.  We require the demanding party to sign our customary non-disclosure and use agreement, and pay the nominal fee.  The objective of our policy is to ensure the integrity of breath tests used as evidence to convict a defendant, and to eliminate non-meritorous arguments  that might be raised in court. 

We support our customers to ensure the breath test evidence is credible, admissible  in court and effective to gain convictions.   We are committed to precise design and implementation, and to support our customers, police officers and other users with the most accurate and reliable product possible.
