Products
Evidential Breath Alcohol Testing: The company currently manufactures the BAC DataMaster™ in various models including the Standard "K" series, the DataMaster™ cdm series and the recently introduced DataMaster™ DMT series. All are microprocessor controlled instruments operating on the principal of infrared absorption. The latest model DMT features a graphics, touch screen display among other features. The DMT is driven by a PC based Windows operating system. It is totally unique in it's field.
The three company principals, all with extensive backgrounds in service, customer support, and sales, represent a total of over 85 years continuous experience in this field. This enables the company to develop and cultivate an excellent reputation for product reliability and support. The DataMaster™ line of Infrared Breath Alcohol Testing Instruments is used in 9 states as the exclusive instrument and in 6 additional states as the predominant instrument. It has presence in various applications in virtually all 50 states.
High Current Contactors: These products are specialized relay assemblies used by US and foreign military forces. They are utilized primarily in military aircraft although some are sold for commercial applications. The company has the ability to design and qualify these products to military specifications doing virtually all manufacturing and testing in-house.
C.A.R.E.™ Vehicle Safety Devices: The C.A.R.E.™ detector is a Doppler effect motion-sensing product designed to enhance vehicle safety by alerting the driver to the presence of persons in a pre-determined range of safety around the vehicle. This product has been in continuous production and use in essentially the same configuration since 1987 and is currently used by a variety of safety conscious organizations including various school districts as a child safety warning device.
Contract Assembly Services: In addition to stuffing and soldering of circuit boards for other OEM’s, the company added a complete tool and die making facility with CNC production milling capabilities. This was done to facilitate and better control the production needs of limited run parts and prototyping operations typically associated with the manufacture of aftermarket military contactors.
Alternate Gas Detection: NPAS, Inc. has devoted some resources to developing alternate gas detection products for outside OEM’s under contract. These products are currently in ongoing production and are used for process control operation in semiconductor manufacturing.
